Where applicable, the agreed price, deliverables, turnaround time and requirements will be communicated to the client before or at the commencement of the engagement.
4. Client Responsibilities

- Information within the agreed timeframe; and
- Prompt responses to reasonable requests for clarification.
A&N Digital Solutions is not responsible for delays, errors, rejected applications or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or delayed information provided by a client.
5. Professional Services
A&N Digital Solutions will provide services with reasonable care, professionalism and diligence.
However, certain services may depend on decisions, processing times, requirements or approvals from third parties, including government agencies, financial institutions, regulatory authorities and other organizations.
A&N Digital Solutions does not guarantee approval or acceptance by a third party.
For example, where we assist with preparation of documents for a bank, government agency or other institution, the final decision remains with that institution.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices will be communicated in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms may vary according to the service or package purchased.
A&N Digital Solutions may require:
- Full payment before work begins;
- A deposit before work begins; or
- Payment according to an agreed payment schedule.
Work may not commence until the required payment has been received.
Additional work outside the original scope may attract additional fees, which will be communicated to the client before the additional work is undertaken where reasonably possible.
7. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
A quote may be revised where:
- The scope of work changes;
- Additional services are requested;
- Additional documentation or work is required;
- Third-party costs change; or
- Information provided by the client was incomplete or inaccurate.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Because many of our services involve customized professional work, services may become non-refundable once work has commenced.
Digital products that have been delivered, downloaded or accessed are generally non-refundable.

A&N Digital Solutions may offer digital products including:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients may not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify for resale, copy or commercially exploit A&N Digital Solutions' proprietary materials.
Where a client provides materials to A&N Digital Solutions for use in a project, the client confirms that they have the right to provide and use those materials.
11. Confidentiality
A&N Digital Solutions respects the confidentiality of client information.
We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential business, financial, personal and operational information provided to us in connection with our services.
Information may be disclosed where required by law, regulation, court order, governmental authority, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to provide an agreed service.
12. Personal Information
Clients may be required to provide personal and business information to allow A&N Digital Solutions to perform certain services.
Clients agree that such information may be collected, used, stored and processed for legitimate business purposes associated with the requested service.

Where a client has already entered into an active engagement, changes will not affect the agreed scope unless otherwise agreed or required by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.

These Terms of Service shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Trinidad and Tobago.
Any dispute will be addressed in accordance with the applicable laws and legal procedures of Trinidad and Tobago.
